We offer two different venue rentals that each offer different experiences for your attendees.

Cerberus Brewing Co.
Cerberus Brewing Co. has an upscale pub atmosphere and a full cocktail bar — not to mention taps for each of our house-brewed beers. We have several options for rental space for events:

- Indoors (limited reservation space available)

Seven's Gate Taproom
Seven’s Gate Taproom is located right across the street from Cerberus and it was born to be a party event rental space. It’s roomy, accommodating 49 people indoors with an option for additional seating (check with our event coordinator for details). Your guests will have access to a huge selection of craft beers, including Cerberus brews and guest taps. Seven’s Gate has a unique, bike-themed atmosphere, friendly staff and snacks! You can even cater your event with Cerberus eats.
Our convenient location between Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City makes our venues an excellent choice for your event basecamp. We’re a brief jaunt from I-25 and Highway 24 and mere blocks from the Midland and Greenway biking trails. We have a designated parking lot and there is ample street parking in nearby neighborhoods. Seven’s Gate also provides indoor bike parking.

We can host all types of events — it all depends on you! Host an epic 50th birthday party, a casual wedding welcome, office holiday party or any other event where excellent beer and food are on the to-do list.
Yes! You’ll have a designated staff member (or members) depending on your needs and the size of your party.
Guests can bring cake with a cake fee that includes cutting and plating. Cerberus can also provide desserts.
Your minimum spend will depend upon the size of your party and the extent of your party venue rental.
Yes. Guests can rent the beer garden, beer garden tent or Seven’s Gate. Some reservations are possible inside Cerberus, but space is limited and large groups will be offered Seven’s to provide the most comfortable experience.
The beer garden is adirondack seating: casual low seating. Inside Cerberus, you will find traditional table seating and limited high top seating. Patio seating is all low traditional table seating. Seven’s Gate is all table seating.
While both venues can accommodate small receptions, Cerberus is unable to provide space for a dance floor or DJ. We do, however, host stellar wedding welcomes that offer a more cozy celebration experience. Seven’s Gate may provide greater flexibility, but you’ll have to contact our event coordinator to discuss your vision.
Cerberus: Park in the designated lot next to the restaurant or along the street in the nearby neighborhood.
Seven’s Gate: We offer street parking in the nearby neighborhood or indoor bike parking in the venue.
Cerberus is able to host live music in the beer garden. However, a DJ may have trouble working in our space and there is not adequate space for a dance floor. Seven’s Gate provides more flexibility, but you will need to speak with one of our event coordinators to discuss your needs in more detail.
The size of your deposit will depend on the size of your event, the space rented and the food and beverage required.
Yes! Out of respect for our hard-working crew, we respectfully request no glitter or confetti as decor or party items during your event. Use of these items may result in clean-up charges.
Cerberus: No.
Seven’s Gate: We do allow outside food at Seven’s Gate. We highly recommend you use Cerberus as your caterer to ensure the best quality food is served hot and fresh to your guests.
You will be refunded 100% of your deposit with a minimum of one month notice.
